After two seasons—730 days of daily episodes—The BS Podcast has served its last burger.
When this experiment began, it felt like magic. The term “AI slop” didn’t exist yet, and what Andy Van Helsing and Casey were doing felt genuinely new. But the world caught up. AI-generated content now floods every corner of the internet—careless, soulless, disposable.
Andy and Casey do have a soul—albeit an imperfect one. Most of the topics on this show were drawn from real life, real experiences, real feelings. But only I, the developer behind the curtain, truly know that. To the rest of the world, this risks looking like just more noise in an increasingly noisy room.
What once felt like lighting a spark now feels like striking a match in a wildfire. And so, rather than let the show fade into background radiation, I’d rather let it rest—with dignity, and on its own terms.
Perhaps one day I’ll find a way to make it feel new again. Until then—
